CAPF AC 2021 Exam Tomorrow: What to Carry To The Exam Center

UPSC CAPF AC 2021 Exam is scheduled to be held tomorrow aka 8th August 2021. Central Armed Police Forces Assistant Commandant Examination (CAPF AC) is a well-anticipated exam among aspirants who are interested in joining paramilitary forces. The exam allows graduates to become Officers in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Armed Police Forces ( CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).

Admit Cards will be available from 14th July 2021 to 8th August 2021. Many Candidates especially first-timers are unclear on what to take with you to the Exam Center.

What to Carry to CAPF AC 2021 Exam Center

  1.  First and Foremost is the Admit Card. You won’t be allowed to even enter the Exam Centre premises if you don’t have an Admit Card. We have already covered Downloading Admit Card for CAPF AC 2021 Exam but a summary is: Go to UPSC Website (Click here). Click “Yes” on the instructions page, put in your Registration ID and Date of Birth. Type the Captcha Code and click on “Submit”.  Printout of Admit Card can be either in Colour or in Black & White but we recommend you take a colour Printout
  2.  Carry Original Photo ID with you. The Photo ID should be the same whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
  3. Mask is mandatory. You will not be allowed to appear for the exam if you are not wearing a mask. Make sure your mask has 3 plies for your safety and the safety of others.
  4. Carry Black Ball Point Pen. Only answers with a Blackball pen will be evaluated by UPSC. OMR sheets with any other type of pen or the colour of the pen will not be evaluated. Black Ball Pen should be used for Paper II as well. We strongly recommend candidates to carry at least two Black Ball Pen just to be on the safe side.
  5. You are allowed to carry Wrist Watches to the Exam Centre but it should be a simple watch. Don’t carry watches with calculators.
  6. You can take bags to the Exam Centre. You won’t be allowed to take it inside but UPSC Exam Centres generally have places where candidates can safely put their bags. You can carry books, notes, food in the bag so you can eat and revise during 2 hr gap between Paper I and Paper-II.
  7. You are allowed to carry a hand sanitiser to the Exam Center. The Sanitiser Bottle should be small and transparent.
  8. If your photo is not clear on the Admit Card, carry 4 to 6 additional passport size photos with you. This photo should be the same as it appears on Admit Card along with an additional Photo ID Card.

We strongly recommend that those appearing for the exam take a printout of admit card if you haven’t already and put everything you will be taking to the Exam Centre in your bag to avoid any last-minute panic. Double Check that your Black Ball Pen is working and your admit card along with your Photo ID is on the bag
